The following function returns 0x5fff9ffa instead of the expected
0x4fffaffb0fffefff when compiled as
  riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -march=rv64gc_zba bug.c

unsigned long foo()
{
  return 0x4fffaffb0fffefffUL;
}
