Huh,
int delta = tree_to_uhwi (part_width) / vector_element_bits (type);
...
for (i = 0; i < nunits;
i += delta, index = int_const_binop (PLUS_EXPR, index, part_width))
{
This looks like designed to support lowering to vectors of smaller size,
but delta should have used vector_element_bits (inner_type), not the
number of bits in the bool result vector type.
Testing a patch.
