Since GCC moved to svn back in 2005 (and in the past 5 or so years to git), the
URL links from bugzilla stopped working.
What most folks do to find a specific patch, is search the log for around the
time and look for the PR # in the log.
Since this was almost 20 years ago now since these links stopped working, I
highly doubt anyone is looking to get them fixed. Rather searching for the PR #
usually will pick up the link.
E.g. for PR 8805, the commit is
