When GCC changed from GPLv2 to GPLv3 the FSF (physical) mailing address was
removed from the license header. We should not be reintroducing the mailing
address. This bug tracks cases were the mailing address is still included. Note
the mailing address has changed in 2024 even so it might even be incorrect in
the sources anyways.
