Confirmed.
Per my notes from a few months ago, currently need
'-foffload-options=nvptx-none=-mptx=6.3 -foffload-options=nvptx-none=-malias'
and '-fno-exceptions' (I'm working on that), but then run into:
ptxas /tmp/ccFhejUv.o, line 94; error : Unknown symbol '_ZTV4base'
..., which is "vtable for base".
