Note the shrink wrapping happens for the following targets:
powerpc64*-* (-m64, I am not sure about -m32 though)
x86_64-*-* (-mx32 and -m64 BUT not -m32)
aarch64*-*-*
riscv*-*-*

I will submit the patch to add the testcase tomorrow.
