Proposed fix for 32 bit
Apologies for the breakage. Here is a proposed fix which changes the default
size of COFF_T to the same as CSSIZE_T. Bootstrapped successfully on x86_64,
x86_32, aarch64 and ppc64le gnu/linux (and no regression failures).
