I'd just like to restate my preference for using separate named options instead
of numerical warning levels. Brainstorming some ideas for potential names of
potential sub-options to split -Wsign-compare into:
* -Wsign-compare-literal
* -Wsign-compare-expression
* -Wsign-compare-equality
* -Wsign-compare-negation
