Fixed by r15-7763-gf7bc17ebc9ef89700672ed7125da719f3558f3b7. Confirmed with
Valgrind bootstrap (with my patches at
https://forge.sourceware.org/sjames/gcc/commits/branch/sam-valgrind) and on two
separate machines I could hit the comparison issue on. Thanks.
