there were some slowdowns of the 433.milc SPEC 2006 benchmark between commits
r15-7846-gda8aaa7784810e
r15-7877-g888e70b3226225
The slowdowns range from 6% to 22%. They seem to be exclusive to Aarch64
(measured on an Ampere Altra Neoverse N1 machine).
This is a regression against GCC 14. See a comparison here:
