Ada/AdaSCIL/AdaWhy/C/C++/D/Fortran/Go/Modula-2/ObjC/ObjC++/Rust but not for
Cobol
(note: in this case COBOL should be all upper-case, similar to the "SCIL" part
in this message)
Users will very likely expect a new frontend to have a working -Wall.
