I'm no longer able to reproduce this (but also can't tell when/how this got
addressed, unfortunately).


as part of commit r15-9524-g0b2a2490bebd29acc4da18562eec7464601cbb05 "Add
'libgomp.c++/pr106445-1{,-O0}.C' [PR106445]", I happened to have added a test
case for:

    #pragma omp target
    {
      std::vector<int> v(100);
