The array can be reduced to this to make debugging even easier:

    Vec2 origVertices[]{
        {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {0, 0},
        {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {0, 0},
        {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {0, 0},
        {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {0, 0}, {1, 1},
    };
