Take:
```
struct f{};

extern "C"
{
        void operator << (struct f, struct f)
        {}
        bool operator == (struct f, struct f)
        {}
        bool operator ++ (struct f, int)
        {}
}
```

This really does not make sense.

operator<< is named _Zls, operator==: _Zeq and operator++: _Zpp

None of those make sense at all.
