What version of texinfo you have installed?
Are you building from the tar balls or from git tag?
If from git tag, then `Texinfo version 4.7 (or later)` is required as mentioned
on https://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html .
If not then we need to know the full instructions you used.
