I'm about to commit a patch which adds support for HTML and SARIF output to
libgdiagnostics and through it to sarif-replay.

I'm filing this bug to note that sarif-replay's sarif output doesn't faithfully
round-trip all the data, and to track improvements to this.

For example, it doesn't yet preserve rule ids or CWEs.
