    tree-optimization/121304 - set memory_access_type before reading it

    The following re-orders gather/scatter handling back to be before
    we check for fallback situations, specifically make sure to set
    memory_access_type before reading it.

            * tree-vect-stmts.cc (get_group_load_store_type):
            Process STMT_VINFO_GATHER_SCATTER before reading
            memory_access_type.
