Hello Steve, thanks fo investigating this. I will test your patch and look at
the existing test case that appears to be invalid. I think what I am reading
here is that we should apply the patch in Comment #3, add the attached test
case, and modify namelist_use_only.f90.
I can get a commit ready. Is my understanding here correct?
