Just FTR: while they are amenable to the idea (I'm rechecking right now), I've just tried a patch to handle this via fixincludes. Looks good so far, and (as expected) nicely fixes PR libstdc++/123176 as a side effect :-) No regressions fortunately, so this might well be the way to go, later bypassing the fixincludes fix if/when the same change is made by Oracle. I'm just not sure if I'm confident enough to make this change right now, though.
