I skimmed through 6.4, comparing it to the status quo PDF, and overall it seems
to me like the structure is an improvement.
I have two concerns:
* with the consolidation, you have to read the prose of each attribute to
figure out what kinds of entity it can be validly applied to. Is it possible
to clarify this by adding some kind of markup to tag the attributes with what
they apply to? Perhaps rendered as:
Applicable to: functions, types
at the top of each attribute description, or somesuch?
* might be worth checking with the major HW vendors (e.g. arm) to check they're
happy with how it looks for their target-specific attrs.
