If that is a rule then it should probably be mentioned somewhere in the
official bug reporting site(of gcc). If otoh it is just a guideline, I'm gonna
do what I do with most of the guidelines. Ignore it. Maybe creating another tag
option(besides the four that we have resolved, closed, unconfirmed, verified)
could be done.
