This PR124839 "powerpc64le-unknown-linux-gnu bootstrap failure:
'rust/rust-token.o'" here has been "fixed" via commit
r17-983-g160159b272f9880dfdb5e4e8fad4bbe475567809 "gccrs: workaround
-Wrestrict false positive [PR114385]".
Setting to SUSPENDED, awaiting a proper solution.
