verified that the driver now matches the --help text:

  -D name[=expr]           Define a CDF name.
  -fdefaultbyte=value      Use value [0-255], for WORKING-STORAGE.
  -fsyntax-only            Invoke only the parser.
  -copyext ext             Use copybook extention ext.
