Now 25331f87bfbd8130 .. 20b4b5e6b4344dbb, which is 12 commits.

After a review of the commits, it might be the case that
commit f7a75a1506d91fcc76890732a0f720952e01e8fa is the issue.

A few further rounds of bisection yet.
