Fails on 32-bit hppa for arguments that are optimized out:

On 32-bit hppa, the first four arguments are passed in registers and any
additional arguments are passed on the stack. I guess DW_OP_GNU_parameter_ref
is not being emitted for the stack arguments that are optimized away.
This is with master r17-2796-ga7ba10ac1e0 but I don't believe the fail is new.
