Target: powerpc64le-linux-gnu, POWER10. GCC 15.2.1 (upstream snapshot
20260123). Reproduced with a plain Fedora build, gcc-15.2.1-7.fc43 ppc64le:

Compile line:

Result:

PASS: gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-chain-3.c (test for excess errors)

FAIL: gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-chain-3.c scan-tree-dump vect "vectorizing
statement: \S+ = SAD_EXPR"
PASS: gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-chain-3.c scan-tree-dump vect "vectorizing
statement: \S+ = DOT_PROD_EXPR"

On POWER9, all four lines PASS. Test added by r15-2096 (PR114440); its SAD_EXPR
check is gated { target vect_udot_qi }.
