and internal numbers (at -O3 -flto).  We noticed a small ~3% performance
regression between august 17th and 24th.  The graph from opensuse seems to be
around August 19th.

I have not bisect this though.  I suspect it might be a jump threading related
change during that time but I am not 100% sure.
