--- Comment #2 from Drea Pinski <pinskia at gcc dot gnu.org> --- Note i am not even sure we should care about this case. Volatile is supposed to be used for 2 things. Memory io and this is not that. Or across signals and there is not that. (Well 3rd is longjmp but this is a global var).
