    hppa: Fix checking errors in pa.cc

    Constant pool addresses are special SYMBOL_REF references and they
    are handled by direct SYMBOL_REF checks.  So, we can remove the
    CONSTANT_POOL_ADDRESS_P checks which cause checking errors.
