    libgomp: drop leftover AC_HEADER_STDC

    AC_HEADER_STDC was dropped almost everywhere in r17-5037-ga98718d58c8498
    (with some other subdirs handled later in the same series while touching
    those) but I lost a change for libgomp when rebasing because of
    r17-1945-gdb890f7a7d30f4 and didn't notice.

    Drop it here too.

            * configure: Regenerate.
            * configure.ac: Drop AC_HEADER_STDC.
