Unfortunately I've had to delete the plugin in r17-5825-gd77bceecd39b5b as it's
bit-rotted and is getting in the way of a big rewrite of the "store" component
of the analyzer that I'm trying to land for GCC 17.
If anyone wants to resurrect the plugin, it's in the git history.
