* config-list.mk: Remove rs6000-ibm-aix4.3, rs6000-ibm-aix5.1,
rs6000-ibm-aix5.2.
Rename rs6000-ibm-aix6.0 as rs6000-ibm-aix6.1.  Add rs6000-ibm-aix7.1.
I'd think this falls under aix & ppc maintainership, so you can/should 
self-approve ;-)
