Hi!

Recently DW_FORM_ref_sup (which is meant e.g. for dwz, gcc doesn't emit it)
has been renamed to DW_FORM_ref_sup4 (and changed so that it is always 4
byte) and DW_FORM_ref_sup8 (always 8 byte) has been added.

Bootstrapped/regtested on x86_64-linux and i686-linux, ok for trunk?
