We were neither rejecting nor properly handling "unsigned typeof". Since nobody is likely to be relying on a broken extension, this patch makes it an error rather than the pedwarn it was previously.
While there I overhauled that section of diagnostics to be more specific and give locations for the keywords we're complaining about. Tested x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, applying to trunk.
