Emulate MMX mulv4hi3 with SSE.  Only SSE register source operand is
allowed.

        TARGET_MMX_WITH_SSE.
        (*mmx_smulv4hi3_highpart): Also allow TARGET_MMX_WITH_SSE. Add
        SSE support.
