libgo patch committed: Define SockaddrDataLink on AIX

This patch by Clément Chigot defines SockaddrDatalink on AIX.  It is
required for the golang.org/x/net repo.  Bootstrapped on
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
