[PATCH] Add operator new/delete to cgraph_node::dump.

Hi.

The patch is about new/delete operator flags that I would
like to see in cgraph::dump.

Patch can bootstrap on x86_64-linux-gnu and survives regression tests.

Ready to be installed?
