Before that, my nightly tester on i386-unknown-freebsd11 just ran into

Make TOPN counter dynamically allocated.

* libgcov.h (gcov_counter_add): New.
(gcov_counter_set_if_null): Likewise.
(gcov_topn_add_value): New.
which added the gcov_counter_set_if_null function.
(The data is quite misleading and appears to be when you first
committed this locally? Does git have a good way to show when
something was pushed?)
