The libgo update to the Go1.15rc1 release accidentally broke the
system call numbers used for 32-bit PPC.  This patch fixes the
problem.  This fixes GCC PR 96567.  Bootstrapped and ran Go tests on
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
