[Ada] Remove inconsistent colons in messages for Ada 83 violations

Most of the errors of the form "(Ada 83) ..." don't have a colon; fix
inconsistencies.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

        * par-ch3.adb (P_Modular_Type_Definition): Remove colon from
        error message.
        * sem_ch11.adb (Check_Duplication): Likewise.
        * sem_ch3.adb (Derived_Type_Declaration): Likewise.
