I needed a few fixes to get it to build, they are in my branch (<https://gcc.gnu.org/git/?p=gcc.git;a=shortlog;h=users/segher/heads/gm2>). The files gm2-libs/getopt.def and gm2-libs/GetOpt.def have filenames that differ case only, this is censored by the scripts that we run on the Git server.
