Forgot to say: this was previously posted as part of the AMD GCN worker-partitioning series here: https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc-patches/2021-March/566081.html But I noticed that the worker-partitioning patches do not (now?) have to be present for the tests in question to fail.
