Hi all,

This patch aims to optimize code generation of 
__mm256_zextsi128_si256(__mm_set1_epi8(-1)). Reduce the number of instructions 
required to achieve the final result.

Regtested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu. Ok for trunk?
