Hi, Test cases scalar-test-data-class-1[45].c adopts type __int128 which requires to check int128 effective target, otherwise the testing on them will fail at -m32. This patch is to add int128 effective target requirement.
Tested on powerpc64-linux-gnu P7/P8/P9 and powerpc64le-linux-gnu P9/P10. I'm going to push this soon if no objections.
