It has been pointed out to me that when moving Solaris 11.3 from
config.gcc's obsolete to unsupported list, I'd forgotten to also move
the minor version info, leading to confusing

*** Configuration i386-pc-solaris2.11 not supported

instead of the correct

*** Configuration i386-pc-solaris2.11.3 not supported

This patch fixes this oversight.

Tested on i386-pc-solaris2.11 (11.3 and 11.4). Committed to trunk.
