This is to remove macros {FLOAT,{,LONG_}DOUBLE}_TYPE_SIZE
defines in visium port.

gcc/ChangeLog:

        * config/visium/visium.h (FLOAT_TYPE_SIZE): Remove.
        (DOUBLE_TYPE_SIZE): Likewise.
