The -mcpu=tt-ascalon-d8 option for the test implies D extension, which
is not compatible with the ILP32E and ILP64E ABIs.
Pushed to trunk as obvious.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/riscv/pr118170.c: Ignore for E ABI.
