r16-5132-g6786a073fcead3 added mention of the '=' variant of the
'--param' command line option to gcc/doc/invoke.texi.  This confused
contrib/check-params-in-docs.py.  Fix that.

Commiting as obvious.

contrib/ChangeLog:

        * check-params-in-docs.py: Start parsing from
        @itemx --param=@var{name}=@var{value} instead of
        @item --param @var{name}=@var{value}.
