I prepared patches for GCC 14 and 15 branches, some changes like removing unsupported structure members and fusible ops are made for patches. Except that, I add AARCH64_EXTRA_TUNE_USE_NEW_VECTOR_COSTS tune flag for GCC 14's patch which is enabled by default on GCC 15 and later.
