To me this looks good now (with the mnemonic change). As just discussed in the
patchwork meeting we'll just need to verify/wait for the relevant binutils
support.
I just double-checked binutils. I don't see any bits in place for
Zvabd, so yea, we need that to land, then we can integrate the GCC side.
